Students walk into Prism Multimedia and the counselor with technical heads guide them through all the courses, demos, projects and recommend the course best suited to the candidate based on the his or her interest. The students are also briefed about the career opportunities for that particular course. An admission form is filled on the initial non-refundable payment and admissions are confirmed. The student receives an introductory Artsmart kit that consists of basic stationery and then he or she is put on to the instructor for the classes.

The minimum qualification for career-oriented courses at Prism Multimedia is completion of schooling.
